Refund Policy: There will be no refunds for any reason. All merchandise sold by Spoiled Goddess & King Detox Shop is sold as­-is without any guarantee. Products will constantly change and upgrade. For all the products (including printing products), once the products used, there will be no refunds / replacement / reprint for any reason, the same-day fee is not refundable. All Hardware will not be replaced/fixed if broken past the 5 day Grace period (after receiving the product). Opening up products with intentions of modifying/fixing parts will void all warranties. All equipment that is not used incorrectly will not be refunded. By making a purchase with Spoiled Goddess & King Detox Shop, you are confirming that you have read and understood our no refund policy. All Sales Final, any hardware after pack and ready for pick up / shipped when canceling / refund / return will be applied 10% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order you have placed with Spoiled Goddess & King Detox Shop, you must contact customer support by email: (spoiledgoddesswellness@gmail.com) or by phone (470-455-4749). This must be done before the file is sent to the printer. The order status will determine if the product is next in queue for printing. Staff may also inform you if the item has been printed. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet printed. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
