Booking Policy

• After your appointment is booked you are only able to reschedule once.

• Same day cancellation/ NO SHOWS you lose one session from your package.

• Two or more rescheduling you lose one session from your package.

• Please be advised you are allowed one reschedule to refrain from losing a session from your

package, please reschedule within 24-48 hours in advance not the same day.

• LATE beyond 15 mins MUST be rescheduled

• No kids or extra people unless they are being serviced

• Please do not book ANY sessions without having a consultation

• CONSULTATIONS DO NOT GUARANTEE SERVICE ASSESSMENT REQUIRED

• All packages/class deposits MUST be paid in FULL prior to your confirmed

appointment/ scheduled class day.

• Payments are non-refundable & purchased sessions cannot be transferred to classes nor to an

other person.

• Please be considerate of your time and our company time please thank you
